Luxury Creaminess
Introducing our cream powder, a versatile and convenient spray-dried dairy product. With a high fat content of 72%, it delivers a rich flavour and creamy consistency without adding moisture. Ideal for confectionery, batters, creams, coffee or sauces it dissolves easily in both warm and cold liquids. A shelf-stable cream powder which offers a dry form of fat that simplifies mixing and storage challenges in various applications.
Directions
Dosage depends on application. Use it directly in your recipes, or for recombining the cream powder with liquid (water or milk), we recommend:
• Single Cream: Mix approx. 1 part powder with 4-5 parts liquid
• Double Cream: Mix approx. 1 part powder with 2 parts liquid
These ratios are a good starting point, but you can adjust them based on your personal preference for consistency. For whipped cream, use the double cream ratio and make sure the mixture is well-chilled before whipping. This should give you a nice, fluffy whipped cream.
Store in a dry place, at room temperature away from heat sources. Use product within 4-6 weeks after opening. Make sure the lid is tightly sealed after every use. Once liquid has been added, mix thoroughly, store in the refrigerator, and consume within a few days.
