Return & Refund Policy


The products and items purchased from us can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. No returns shall be accepted if the specified period has expired or a return process has not been initiated by the customer during this time. 

A refund or product exchange request is considered only if the following conditions are met:

• The item must have been bought through our website. Proof of purchase is required (the order number).

• The return process must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be returned as a whole and complete in precisely the same condition you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.

• The item is sent to the specific address provided by us.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that an item they have accepted and then returned reaches the original sender securely packaged and safely, using a delivery service that insures them for the value of the goods. The buyer must also cover the shipping and handling costs related to shipping items. 

If you have received a product by mistake, kindly return it to us within 7 days of delivery. Once an incorrect or faulty package is received, a refund of the product’s cost will be issued, excluding any additional costs for buyers outside of the United Kingdom.   

Ingredients Bar abides by strict food standards and regulations set by international agencies and organisations, providing its customers with top-quality products. In the extremely unlikely case of quality failure, including (but not limited to) foul or bad smell when opening the product packaging, please seal off the product packaging and return the product to us as soon as possible. The company will, in this specific case, provide a replacement of the product free of any charges, while also bearing the shipping costs related to the return.
