Delivery Information
We offer free standard delivery within the United Kingdom. When products are in stock, delivery typically takes between 2 to 4 working days. If a product is not in stock, delivery may take up to 10 working days.
International delivery carries additional charges, which are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address provided.
We use courier and postal services for smaller orders, and pallet or bulk transport for larger deliveries. We may choose a different courier than originally selected if it ensures faster or more reliable delivery.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the buyer during checkout. If multiple delivery addresses are required, a separate order must be placed for each one.
Products are shipped in sealed, brand-new condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is complete and correct before submitting the order. Once the checkout is completed, the delivery address cannot be changed. We are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information. Any costs, losses, or damages that occur as a result will not be reimbursed.
Risk of loss and ownership of the goods pass to the buyer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
If we experience a high volume of orders, dispatch times may be extended by 2-3 days but we will make every effort to keep delays to the very minimum. If a significant delay occurs, Ingredients Bar will contact the buyer directly using the contact information provided during checkout. In all cases, we will ensure that delivery takes place within a maximum of 40 days from the date confirmed in the order acknowledgment.
Deliveries are not processed during weekends or public holidays.
If delivery is attempted and the recipient is not available, or if the parcel cannot be left in a safe place and is returned to us, redelivery costs may apply.
In the event of damage during the delivery process, buyers must contact us to file a claim. We recommend keeping all packaging materials and providing photographs of any damage when submitting the claim.
Refunds for shipping delays will not be granted in situations beyond our control or beyond the control of the shipping provider. These include, but are not limited to, adverse weather, transport disruptions, pandemics, customs clearance delays, labour strikes, natural disasters, local or national emergencies, and failures of utility or communication systems.

Trade Accounts
Trade accounts are available to customers who purchase in regular and large volumes. If the minimum spend is not maintained, the account will be reverted to standard pricing without prior notice.
