Payment & Delivery

1. Introduction to Payment, Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders must be paid in full during the checkout process, according to our Terms and the price advertised on the Ingredients Bar website. All prices are final. Buyers can only order our products online and pay via provided payment methods during checkout. These include Debit/Credit Cards, Stripe Link, PayPal, Paypal’s Pay Later and other pay-later options by Klarna, Digital/Mobile Wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, Bank Transfer (available only for business accounts via proforma), or other stated payment options.

Ingredients Bar uses trusted and secure third-party services for all of its transactions to ensure that high-standard services are delivered to its customers at all times throughout the ordering process.

This Policy does not constitute any legal right between any customer and the website. We reserve the right to change our Policy with or without prior notification at any given time, depending on the circumstances. We recommend that our customers check our webpage for updates

2. Disclaimer of Liability Related to Payments

While availing of any of the payment methods offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following:

    • Surpassing the limit preset and agreed upon between you and your bank(s).
    • Any payment issues arising from the transaction.
    • The decline of transactions for any other reasons.
    • Lack of authorisation for any transactions.

3.1.Shipping Charges

Our company offers FREE standard shipping for all orders delivered inside the United Kingdom. If we provide optional faster deliveries or deliveries outside the United Kingdom, shipping charges are applied, based on buyer’s geographical location, before the completion of their order.

If at the time of delivery attempt, the recipient is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge or to another safe place and the parcel is subsequently returned, extra charges may apply for shipping costs in case of redelivery.

3.2. Shipment Services, Processing Time & Tracking

For the shipment of a customer’s order, Ingredients Bar uses the services of reliable courier and postal services, based on buyer’s location. We may also use an alternative shipping method if the package can get to the buyer easier or faster.

After an order has been placed, processed and payment-approved, the selected product(s) goes through the Shipping process, which requires between 24-72 hours to process (during business days), unless we experience a higher-than-normal volume of orders. In this case, shipments might be delayed by a few days, although we will do everything humanly possible to deliver the product(s) on time. Kindly allow additional days in transit for delivery.

For significant delays in the shipment of an order, Ingredients Bar will contact the buyer via the provided contact information. Shipments and deliveries are not carried out during holidays or weekends.

3.3. Shipping Refunds

Deliveries that are delayed due to circumstances beyond the shipper’s control, including (but not limited to) environments or other incidents, weather conditions, pandemics, public enemies, labour disputes or disturbances, work stoppages or slowdowns, strikes, riots, quarantine, the authority of law, omissions or acts of customs officials, application of regulations (security or otherwise) imposed by a government, public authorities acting with apparent or actual authority, hazards incident to a state of war, perils of the air, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping carriers’ control, civil commotions, disruption or failure of communication systems, information systems or utilities will not be granted any shipping refund, either partial or full.

4. Delivery

Ingredients Bar will deliver the order to the specified delivery address as provided in the order form by the buyer and according to the available delivery option. In case of multiple deliveries to different addresses, the buyer needs to submit a separate order form for each individual address. Upon delivery of the ordered product(s), all risk of loss and title of the product pass to the buyer immediately. Ingredients Bar will email a confirmation of shipment to the buyer, according to the email address provided by them on the order form.

All products are intended to be delivered sealed, in brand new condition, to the address provided to us on the checkout page and according to the Terms of the Policy, which apply to all products purchased through our website.

The company will not be held liable for late or wrong delivery if the customer has provided an incomplete or incorrect delivery address. The customer is encouraged to double-check the provided delivery address before completing the order checkout process. After the checkout procedure has been completed, the delivery address cannot be changed.

As soon as the ordered product(s) is placed at the buyer’s disposal or at their premises, all risk and ownership passes to the buyer immediately.

Ingredients Bar will not be held liable for any expenses, costs, damage or loss during the delivery process in accordance with the given shipment dates. Any shipment or delivery dates provided by us are best estimated only. Delays may also happen during fulfilment process steps or if a product is out of stock. In this case, Ingredients Bar will email an estimate of the delay to the buyer. In any case, Ingredients Bar is bound to deliver its products with a delay of no more than 40 days from the date indicated on the order confirmation by Ingredients Bar.

In some cases when shipping outside of the UK, we cannot be responsible for damaged products during the delivery process. If a buyer has received a damaged product, they need to contact the shipping company for claims. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. It is also greatly appreciated if you could provide images of the damaged package during its delivery as proof.
