High-Intensity Yellow Colouring
Bring vibrant yellow colour to your food and drink creations with riboflavin powder. A water-soluble versatile colouring agent. Also known as E101, riboflavin is easy to blend and use in many recipes including cooking, bakery, confectionery, desserts and beverages, delivering bright yellow tones while remaining stable under low and high temperatures, as well as across different pH levels.

Ingredients: carrier (maltodextrin), riboflavin E101 (vitamin B2) 15%.
To fully enjoy its strong colour, we recommend use it within 2-3 months from opening. Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature. Make sure the lid is tightly sealed after every use.
The daily RI of riboflavin for adults is 1.2mg. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. May produce an orange discolouration of the urine.
