High-protein powder mix that turns into smooth, rich soft-serve ice cream simply by mixing with water. Available in 2.5kg and 150g packs.
Ingredients: full cream milk powder (35%), sugar, dextrose (from corn), maltodextrin (from corn syrup), whey milk protein, sweet whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, stabilisers (cellulose gum, guar beans gum), flavouring, natural colour (annatto).
Allergens: contains milk, lactose.

Storage & Consumption
Store the powder in a dry place at room temperature and away from direct sunlight or other heat sources. Seal well after each use. Use within 4-6 weeks of opening. Once water/liquid has been added, the product should be prepared according to the instructions. Keep frozen and consume within two months. Do not refreeze the ice cream once it has melted. Maintain hygienic conditions during use.
