ONERO soft-serve mix powders are made using high-quality dried milk from UK dairies and offering significant advantages. Originally designed for commercial ice cream makers, they are now available in 150g sachets for home use with any type of domestic machines.
Unlike most whipped ice creams that contain non-milk fats like vegetable oils and added emulsifiers, ONERO mixes use only dairy milk fats. With a 50% milk solids content, an exceptionally high level for ice cream mixes, ONERO delivers a luxurious texture.

Storage and transportation efficiency: ONERO powders cut weight and storage volume by up to 65% compared to heavy liquid UHTs, ensuring you only pay to ship active ingredients without the water.
Longer shelf life, less waste: No need to use quickly after opening, reducing product waste.

Just Add Water
Quick and easy to make, just mix it with water. That’s it! No complicated ingredients. Only pure, creamy soft serve any time you want. Every 150g sachet makes approx. half a litre of ice cream (4 servings of 112g each).
For Ninja CREAMi® and similar pre-freeze machines:
- Add 300ml water to the container, gradually whisk in the 150g ONERO sachet until fully dissolved.
- Freeze until fully solid (typically 10-20 hours depending on your freezer).
- Process using the “Ice Cream” programme, or similar. If you prefer it even smoother, re-spin once.
For self-freezing churn machines:
- Add 300ml water in a mixing container, gradually whisk in the 150g ONERO sachet until fully dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and process until ready. Serve, or freeze briefly to harden further.
For custom amounts, we recommend a mixing ratio of 1 part ONERO powder to 2 parts water.
