Ingredients: full cream milk powder (33%), skimmed milk powder, sweet whey powder, polydextrose (soluble fibre from glucose), , alkalised cocoa powder (10%), natural cocoa powder (3%), Sweeteners: erythritol, steviol glucosides from stevia (0.12%), Stabilizers: cellulose gum, guar bean gum, Flavourings.

Storage & Consumption
Store the powder in a dry place away from moisture and heat. Use within 2-3 months of opening and keep it sealed. Once mixed with water, prepare as instructed, keep frozen, and consume within a few days. Do not refreeze the ice cream once it has melted. Always maintain hygienic conditions during use.
