ONERO high-protein ice cream mix delivers a rich, creamy taste with an improved nutritional profile. Like every ONERO Home pack, it makes approximately 500ml of ice cream, enough for four servings. It contains 10.7g of milk protein per 100g providing 12g per serving, and 38% less sugar than the original ONERO Home mix.

Home Edition for Domestic Machines

Originally designed for commercial ice cream makers, ONERO mix powders are also available in convenient 150g sachets for home use with all types of domestic ice cream machines. They are made using high-quality dried milk from UK dairies, offering significant advantages in both taste and texture.

Unlike most whipped ice creams that contain non-dairy fats such as vegetable oils and added emulsifiers, ONERO mixes use only dairy milk fats. Combined with an exceptionally high content of milk solids and added whey protein concentrate (WPC), the result is a luxurious texture ice cream with an outstanding nutritional profile.

 

No complicated recipes or additional ingredients required.

 

Just Add Water

Easy to make, just mix it with water. A quick way to make dairy ice cream at home with serious protein content.

 

For Ninja CREAMi® and similar pre-freeze machines:

Faster freezing than standard homemade recipes, prepare it in the morning and enjoy it in the evening.

1. Add 300ml water to the container, gradually whisk in the 150g ONERO sachet until fully dissolved.
2. Freeze until fully solid (typically 10-20 hours depending on your freezer).
3. Process using the “Ice Cream” programme, or similar. If you prefer it even smoother, re-spin once.

For custom amounts, we recommend a mixing ratio of 1 part ONERO powder to 2 parts water.
