High-protein powder mix that turns into smooth soft-serve ice cream simply by mixing with water. Available in 2.5kg and 150g packs.
Ingredients: full cream milk powder (35%), sugar, dextrose (from corn), polydextrose (soluble fibre from glucose), maltodextrin (from corn syrup), whey milk protein, sweet whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, stabilisers (cellulose gum, guar beans gum), flavouring (vanilla), natural colour (annatto).
Allergens: contains milk, lactose.

Storage & Consumption
Store the powder in a dry place away from moisture and heat. Use within 2-3 months of opening and keep it sealed. Once mixed with water, prepare as instructed, keep frozen, and consume within a few days. Do not refreeze the ice cream once it has melted. Always maintain hygienic conditions during use.
